SS Herbal India publishes health articles in Hindi on our blog. This page sets out who writes them, what they are based on, how they are kept current, and — just as importantly — what they are not.
Who writes our articles
Our health articles are written by Dr Suhail Siddiqui, an Ayurvedic physician who holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.), awarded in 2024. He writes mainly on ear, nose and throat concerns, tinnitus, fungal ear infection, stammering, kidney stones, diabetes and digestive health.
Every article carries its author's name, and that byline links to a profile page listing their qualification and everything else they have written for us. We do not publish health articles without a named author.
What our articles are based on
Articles draw on classical Ayurvedic texts, published modern research, medical literature and recognised public-health sources. Where an article states something specific, it is written to reflect those sources rather than opinion.
Every article ends with a Sources / स्रोत section listing what it draws on, so a reader can check the material for themselves rather than take our word for it.
How our articles are written
- Each article is structured around the questions a reader actually arrives with — what the condition is, what causes it, what the symptoms are, and what can be done.
- Each article includes a frequently asked questions section answering the common follow-up questions directly.
- Each article states plainly when to see a doctor, and which signs should not be managed at home.
- Each article carries a disclaimer setting out that it is educational and not personal medical advice.
What we do not do
- We do not claim that any article, remedy or product will diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease.
- We do not tell a reader to stop, reduce or replace medicine a doctor has prescribed. Where a topic touches on prescribed treatment, our articles say to keep taking it and to speak to the prescribing doctor.
- We do not present a personal experience or a single case as a general result, and we do not publish before-and-after claims.
- We do not accept payment in exchange for editorial coverage or a recommendation.
Products mentioned in our articles
SS Herbal India sells Ayurvedic products, so an article may link to one of ours. When it does, the article says so openly and the link is clearly a product link. An article is never written to sell a product, and a product is never described in an article in terms stronger than the ones on its own page.

Keeping articles current
Every article shows the date it was published and the date it was last updated. When we revise an article, that second date changes, so you can always see how recent the version you are reading is.
Health guidance changes. If you find something on this site that has since been superseded, or that you believe is simply wrong, please tell us — see our Corrections Policy for how we handle that.
