A nominal shipping charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable to all orders below Rs. 699.
Delivery Process
- Upon processing your order, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the products to ensure quality.
- After passing our quality checks, your products are carefully packed and handed over to our logistic partner.
- Our logistic partner then delivers the products to your specified address. In case of any delivery issues, they will contact you directly to resolve the matter.
Packaging
We take extra care in packaging each product, using bubble wrap for individual items and additional protection for fragile items like glass bottles. All products are then placed in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent damage during transit. SS Herbal India takes full responsibility for any damages incurred during shipping.
Delivery Locations
We deliver throughout India, covering almost all pin-codes. You can verify if we deliver to your location by checking your pin-code on our Website’s product pages or during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. Registered users can also track their orders through the “My Account” section on our Website.
Delivery Timeline
While we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 2-7 days. However, unforeseen circumstances or delays may extend delivery times. Please note that SS Herbal India is not liable for delays caused by our logistic partners.
Contact During Delivery
Our logistic partner will contact you before delivery to ensure someone is available to receive the order. After three failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
