How to Identify a Genuine SS Herbal Product

SS Herbal products are manufactured by North India Pharma, Karnal, under Ayurvedic manufacturing licence 616-ISM (HR), and sold by us from this website and our customer care number. A genuine pack carries the SS Herbal India name, that licence number, the manufacturer's name and address, a batch number, manufacturing and expiry dates, the net quantity and a printed MRP. SS HERBAL is a registered trade mark, Registration No. 6032290.
Where SS Herbal products are actually sold
There are two places, and only two:
- This website — ssherbalindia.com/shop. Orders placed here are packed and dispatched by us.
- Our customer care number — +91 8860606078. You can order by phone or on WhatsApp on the same number.
We are working towards listing on India's marketplaces and quick-commerce apps, and when that happens we will say so on this page, on this website, and on our own social accounts — nowhere else. Until then, a listing under our name is not ours.
What a genuine pack carries
Take the pack in your hand and check it against this list. Every one of these is printed on the label — none of it needs an app, a code or our confirmation.

- Mfg. Lic. No.: 616-ISM (HR) — our Ayurvedic manufacturing licence
- Manufactured by: North India Pharma, 130/3, HSIIDC, Karnal-132001, Haryana — an ISO 9001:2015 certified company
- Marketed by: Shagun Ayurveda Global Pvt Ltd, Tower-05, Building No. 1124, Mathura Road, Near Sector-27C, Faridabad-121003, Haryana
- A batch number, a manufacturing date and an expiry date
- The net quantity — the number of capsules or tablets, or the volume in ml, matching what our product page says
- A printed MRP, and Country of Origin: India
Our product pages carry photographs of each pack from several sides. Comparing the pack you have with those photographs is the quickest check of all — printing, colour and layout are the hardest things for someone else to get exactly right.
The SS HERBAL trade mark
SS HERBAL is a registered trade mark — Registration No. 6032290. The register is public: you can search that number at the Government of India's trade mark registry and see the entry for yourself, without taking our word for anything.
The name being registered does not, by itself, tell you a particular pack came from us — that is what the label checks above are for. It does mean the name is ours to use, and that we are entitled to act when it is used without permission.
If you think a pack is not ours
Do not take it. Send us the following, on WhatsApp at +91 8860606078 or by email at support@ssherbalindia.com:
- Clear photographs of the front and back of the pack, with the label readable
- The batch number, and the manufacturing and expiry dates
- The name of the seller, and the website or app you bought it from
- Your order number or invoice
We will check it against our records and tell you plainly whether it came from us. If it did not, we will take the matter up with the platform ourselves — you do not have to.
A note on what we can and cannot say
We can tell you what leaves our facility, what our packs carry and where we sell. We cannot inspect a pack we did not sell, so we do not describe any particular seller or listing as counterfeit — we have no way of knowing, and it would be unfair to say so.
What we can say is narrower and more useful: if it did not come from this website or our customer care number, it did not come from us, and we cannot stand behind it.
Frequently asked questions
Is SS Herbal available on Amazon or Flipkart?
Not at present. SS Herbal India does not run an official store on Amazon, Flipkart or any other marketplace. We sell from this website and through our customer care number. If you see our name listed on a marketplace, the seller is not us, and we cannot confirm what is in the pack or how it has been stored.
Is SS Herbal a registered brand?
Yes. SS HERBAL is a registered trade mark, Registration No. 6032290. You can look the number up yourself on the Government of India's trade mark register at ipindia.gov.in — we would rather you checked than took our word for it.
How do I check the pack I already have?
Read the label. A genuine pack names SS Herbal India, carries the manufacturing licence number 616-ISM (HR), names North India Pharma, Karnal as the manufacturer, and shows a batch number, a manufacturing date, an expiry date, the net quantity and a printed MRP. If any of those is missing, or the printing does not match the photographs on our product pages, stop and contact us before taking it.
Does the pack have a QR code or a hologram to scan?
No. Our packs do not carry a scratch code, a hologram or a verification QR code, so nobody should be asking you to scan one. The label details above, and the price and photographs on our product pages, are what you check against.
The price is much lower than on your website. Is that a bad sign?
It is worth asking about. Our prices are shown on each product page and we do not authorise anyone to sell below the printed MRP. A price far below it, from a seller we do not know, is a reason to check the pack against the list above before you take anything.
I think I bought a pack that is not yours. What now?
Do not take it. Send us photographs of the front and back of the pack, the batch number, the seller's name and your order number, on WhatsApp or by email at support@ssherbalindia.com, and we will tell you whether it came from us.

फ़िलहाल नहीं। एस एस हर्बल इंडिया की अमेज़न, फ्लिपकार्ट या किसी भी मार्केटप्लेस पर अपनी आधिकारिक दुकान नहीं है। हम इसी वेबसाइट से और अपने कस्टमर केयर नंबर से बेचते हैं। अगर वहाँ हमारा नाम दिखे, तो बेचने वाला हम नहीं हैं — और उस पैक में क्या है या वह कैसे रखा गया है, हम इसकी पुष्टि नहीं कर सकते।
असली पैक कैसे पहचानें?
