Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

At SS Herbal India, we strive to assist our customers to the best of our abilities and maintain a flexible Cancellation Policy. Cancellations are only accepted if the shipment has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent transactions or violations of our terms and conditions without prior notification.

Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, please contact our customer support at info@ssherbalindia.com or call us at 8860606078 (Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 9 PM). Upon cancellation, refunds will be processed within 2 – 5 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days. For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds are credited back to the original account. Alternatively, we offer refunds through SS Herbal India coupons for future purchases.

Returns and Replacements

We offer an easy return policy, allowing you to request returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. Defective products can also be returned within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return/exchange request, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@ssherbalindia.com within 5 days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide your order ID and details of the return/exchange request, along with images of the product and invoice.
  3. We will arrange for product pickup within 4 – 7 business days. Refunds or replacements are processed upon receipt of the products in their original packaging.

Conditions for Return Rejection

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product returned without original packaging.
  • Tampered serial number or altered composition.
  • Return initiated after 30 business days from delivery.
  • Return of free products provided by SS Herbal India.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our Customer Support within 5 days of delivery. Follow these steps for return/refund:

  1. Email us at info@ssherbalindia.com with your order details and images/video of the damaged/wrong product.
  2. We will arrange for product pickup within 4 – 7 days.
  3. Refunds or replacements are processed upon receipt of the products in their original packaging.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued for cancelled orders or returned products. Refunds are processed based on the original payment method within 2 – 5 days from receipt of the returned products.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update our Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds Policy without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website.
