Two Ayurvedic blends, each offered in two forms — capsules and a powder. GathHeal is a thirteen-herb formulation built around kanchnar and guggul, with giloy, tulsi, baheda, gorakhmundi, aloe vera, chirchita, kalmegh, pashanbhed, varun bark and kutki alongside them. Mirgi Mukti is the larger blend: eighteen herbs, among them ashwagandha, brahmi, shankhpushpi, jatamansi, jyotishmati, mandukaparni and valerian.

Within each pair the formulation is the same, so the choice is only about how you prefer to take it. The capsules come as a pack of 30 and hold a fixed measure, which suits a routine you would rather not think about. The powders mix into warm water and let you adjust the quantity to suit.
