About Us
SS Herbal India is an Ayurvedic health and wellness brand. We sell herbal capsules, powders and juices for everyday concerns — ear care, lumps, kidney and urinary wellness, liver wellness, blood sugar, joints, piles and general nutrition. Our products are sold directly from this website and shipped across India.
SS Herbal began on 30 June 2017. It was founded by Sandeep Kumar, who still runs it. We started with a small Ayurvedic range and have grown it product by product since, adding a formulation only when we could source and make it to a standard we were willing to put our name on.
SS Herbal is the brand name. The registered company that trades under it is SHAGUNVEDA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED.
Every one of these numbers can be checked by you on a free government register. Our Company & Manufacturing Information page explains exactly how.
We do not own a factory, and we would rather say so than let the word “our” imply a plant we do not have. Our products are made to contract at licensed manufacturing facilities in India, including ISO 9001:2015 certified ones.
Not every product is made at the same facility, so there is no single manufacturer or licence number that covers the whole range. Each product carries its own manufacturer, licence number, net quantity, batch number and dates — printed on the pack and repeated in the Product Information section of that product’s page on this site.
Our Hindi health articles are written and medically reviewed by Dr Suhail Siddiqui, an Ayurvedic physician with SS Herbal India.
At present the same qualified practitioner both writes and reviews our articles. We do not have a separate, independent medical reviewer, and we do not describe our articles as independently reviewed. Our Editorial Policy and Medical Review Policy set out what that check covers and what it does not.
SS Herbal products are sold directly from this website. If you have bought a pack elsewhere and want to confirm it came from us, the details printed on the pack — manufacturer, licence number, batch number and dates — are what answer that, not the name on the front. Our page on identifying a genuine pack walks through each check.
A registered trade mark means the name is ours to use and that we are entitled to act when it is used without permission. It is not by itself proof that a particular pack came from us. The label checks are.

Our products are Ayurvedic supplements meant to sit alongside the care a doctor has advised, not in place of it. We do not present them as a cure for any disease, and we do not promise results.
