    The taste and smell is terrible . I put it in green tea with honey to mask the smell and taste . I am being positive about this as I want to use it for atleast a month to see a difference.

    I stumbled upon Upakarma Ayurveda Himalayan Shilajit one day as I was looking for energy supplements/ muscle repair supplements/ or just overall supplements beneficial for health. It is nothing short of amazing.

    I take just over a pea-sized ball in the morning and then another smaller serving in the afternoon. I’ve been struggling with fatigue. I’m a very active person and eat healthy, but the energy just wasn’t there. I’d crash a lot of the time in the afternoon.

    So I started taking Himalayan Shilajit, and within a month boom! I experienced an awesome wave of energy and just felt amazing overall.

    I heard that to reap the full benefits of Himalayan Shilajit you should take it for a couple of months. Well it’s getting to that point and I’m noticing the long term benefits as well, including better sleep, muscle’s repair in 1/2 the time, skin is a lot clearer, joints hardly hurt, no more brain fog for the most part, I don’t drink coffee/ tea anymore (no need), libido is way up.     Liked the packaging & presentation of the product very much. So far done the water dissolve test. Dissolves in warm water crystal clear without leaving any visible impurity/residue at the bottom. After fully dissolution of few drops the color is golden yellow. Fire(burn) test not done so far. But the product (Himalayan Shilajit) seems to be genuine from dissolution in water test. Will update after fire/burn test also. So overall, it is highly recommended. A little expensive- but- Value for money.
