This is an ayurvedic product and you have to be very patient while using it as an ayurvedic product takes time to show the results and you have to be very consistent in consuming it. That gave me results in 2 months they should introduce the products with faster results.

The quality of the product and the packaging is good, however the cost could be reduced if they use a cheaper packaging, in my personal opinion the packaging is just to make the product attractive and customer has to pay extra due to this kind of packaging. Customer only need good quality product for affordable price, the packaging goes into dust bin once product is used. Kindly have a thought on it.

I stumbled upon Upakarma Ayurveda Himalayan Shilajit one day as I was looking for energy supplements/ muscle repair supplements/ or just overall supplements beneficial for health. It is nothing short of amazing.
