This is an ayurvedic product and you have to be very patient while using it as an ayurvedic product takes time to show the results and you have to be very consistent in consuming it. That gave me results in 2 months they should introduce the products with faster results.

I have no issues dea how Ashwagandha has to work but I was looking for caffeine alternatives. This has helped in those regards.
Can’t say much about other effects because those are only visible after a prolonged use of 3_4 months
But its a good product.

The quality of the product and the packaging is good, however the cost could be reduced if they use a cheaper packaging, in my personal opinion the packaging is just to make the product attractive and customer has to pay extra due to this kind of packaging. It’s been 3 days since I am using this but there is no difference as such . Maybe it’s too soon to tell .
The taste and smell is terrible . I put it in green tea with honey to mask the smell and taste . I am being positive about this as I want to use it for atleast a month to see a difference.
