This is an ayurvedic product and you have to be very patient while using it as an ayurvedic product takes time to show the results and you have to be very consistent in consuming it. That gave me results in 2 months they should introduce the products with faster results.

Liked the packaging & presentation of the product very much. So far done the water dissolve test. Dissolves in warm water crystal clear without leaving any visible impurity/residue at the bottom. After fully dissolution of few drops the color is golden yellow. Fire(burn) test not done so far. But the product (Ashwagandha) seems to be genuine from dissolution in water test. Will update after fire/burn test also. So overall, it is highly recommended. A little expensive- but- Value for money.

It’s been 3 days since I am using this but there is no difference as such . Maybe it’s too soon to tell .
The taste and smell is terrible . I put it in green tea with honey to mask the smell and taste . I am being positive about this as I want to use it for atleast a month to see a difference.

I stumbled upon Upakarma Ayurveda Ashwagandha one day as I was looking for energy supplements/ muscle repair supplements/ or just overall supplements beneficial for health. It is nothing short of amazing.
I take just over a pea-sized ball in the morning and then another smaller serving in the afternoon. I’ve been struggling with fatigue. I’m a very active person and eat healthy, but the energy just wasn’t there. I’d crash a lot of the time in the afternoon.
So I started taking Ashwagandha, and within a month boom! I experienced an awesome wave of energy and just felt amazing overall.
I heard that to reap the full benefits of Ashwagandha you should take it for a couple of months. Well it’s getting to that point and I’m noticing the long term benefits as well, including better sleep, muscle’s repair in 1/2 the time, skin is a lot clearer, joints hardly hurt, no more brain fog for the most part, I don’t drink coffee/ tea anymore (no need), libido is way up. Ashwagandha is a game-changer for sure, so glad I found out about it. Thanks SS herbal india.

The quality of the product and the packaging is good, however the cost could be reduced if they use a cheaper packaging, in my personal opinion the packaging is just to make the product attractive and customer has to pay extra due to this kind of packaging. Customer only need good quality product for affordable price, the packaging goes into dust bin once product is used. Kindly have a thought on it.
