I have no issues dea how Ashwagandha has to work but I was looking for caffeine alternatives. This has helped in those regards.
Can’t say much about other effects because those are only visible after a prolonged use of 3_4 months

I stumbled upon Upakarma Ayurveda Ashwagandha one day as I was looking for energy supplements/ muscle repair supplements/ or just overall supplements beneficial for health. It is nothing short of amazing.
I take just over a pea-sized ball in the morning and then another smaller serving in the afternoon. I’ve been struggling with fatigue. I’m a very active person and eat healthy, but the energy just wasn’t there. I’d crash a lot of the time in the afternoon.
So I started taking Ashwagandha, and within a month boom! I experienced an awesome wave of energy and just felt amazing overall.
I heard that to reap the full benefits of Ashwagandha you should take it for a couple of months. Well it’s getting to that point and I’m noticing the long term benefits as well, including better sleep, muscle’s repair in 1/2 the time, skin is a lot clearer, joints hardly hurt, no more brain fog for the most part, I don’t drink coffee/ tea anymore (no need), libido is way up. Although i cannot say that i’m sleeping well, i can definitely say that my mood seems to change for the better a little bit atleast which hasn’t happened with other brand ashwagandha products. It’s been 3 days since I am using this but there is no difference as such . Maybe it’s too soon to tell .
The taste and smell is terrible . I put it in green tea with honey to mask the smell and taste . I am being positive about this as I want to use it for atleast a month to see a difference.
