Liked the packaging & presentation of the product very much. So far done the water dissolve test. Dissolves in warm water crystal clear without leaving any visible impurity/residue at the bottom. After fully dissolution of few drops the color is golden yellow. Fire(burn) test not done so far. But the product (Ashwagandha) seems to be genuine from dissolution in water test. Will update after fire/burn test also. So overall, it is highly recommended. A little expensive- but- Value for money.

I have no issues dea how Ashwagandha has to work but I was looking for caffeine alternatives. This has helped in those regards.
Can’t say much about other effects because those are only visible after a prolonged use of 3_4 months
But its a good product.

I stumbled upon Upakarma Ayurveda Ashwagandha one day as I was looking for energy supplements/ muscle repair supplements/ or just overall supplements beneficial for health. It is nothing short of amazing.
I take just over a pea-sized ball in the morning and then another smaller serving in the afternoon. I’ve been struggling with fatigue. I’m a very active person and eat healthy, but the energy just wasn’t there. I’d crash a lot of the time in the afternoon.
So I started taking Ashwagandha, and within a month boom! I experienced an awesome wave of energy and just felt amazing overall.
I heard that to reap the full benefits of Ashwagandha you should take it for a couple of months. Well it’s getting to that point and I’m noticing the long term benefits as well, including better sleep, muscle’s repair in 1/2 the time, skin is a lot clearer, joints hardly hurt, no more brain fog for the most part, I don’t drink coffee/ tea anymore (no need), libido is way up. I have used two bottles of 15 gms with warm milk at night after my workout. It’s truly effective and has increased my endurance in weight lifting.
Note: Don’t but just randomly. First consult with a professional ( fitness trainer or a doctor) and then buy. It was recommended by my fitness trainer after which I bought this. So far I am satisfied.
